Once the optimum configuration of MSA 37 has been selected at the end of the generated test sequence, transceiver 3 transmits a clear to send (CTS) signal to data terminal 1 in response to which data terminal 1 begins transmission of the actual information data package for reception by the transceiver 9 and data terminal 7.
