好ましい実施の形態に係るプロセスは、単一のステップで、混合基板の両方の面にＳｉ含有フィルムを形成するために、トリシランを使用することを含んでいる。この方法は、どちらかというと図４に示したプロセスフローに近く、図５Ａ～５Ｄに示した、マスキング、エッチング及び別個の成膜ステップを省略するものである。
